Two separate balances
GreenStrika uses separate balances for mission Coins and eligible rewards. Buying a Coin Pack does not place withdrawable cash into your Reward Wallet.
Coin Wallet
Purchased Coin Packs are credited to your Coin Wallet. Coins are used only to enter missions and cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another participant or paid directly into the Reward Wallet.
Reward Wallet
Eligible mission rewards are credited to your Reward Wallet. Subject to verification, platform conditions and available payment routes, this balance may be withdrawn through the live platform.
Where the live platform offers it, you may choose to convert rewards into Coins for future missions. Converted Coins, including any Coin Boost displayed before confirmation, are not withdrawable or refundable.
When a Coin Pack may be refundable
Only your most recent Coin Pack purchase may qualify for a refund, and only while none of the Coins from that purchase have been used to enter a mission.
Once any Coin from that purchase is used, the entire Coin Pack becomes non-refundable. Partial refunds are not available for a Coin Pack that has been used.
Requesting a refund
Any available refund request must be made through the live platform before Coins from the eligible purchase are used. Verification, processing conditions and payment-route availability may vary by location and will be displayed through the platform.
